Effective September 14, 2026. Staynote is a beta tool for keeping owner-confirmed pet-care instructions and dated sitter records. Questions: sergemoraru@gmail.com.

Your records and responsibilities

Enter information you are authorized to share. Keep account access and private review links secure. Review current owner instructions and resolve unclear or outdated information with the owner. Do not use Staynote to impersonate another person, access an unrelated client's information, or upload unlawful content.

Confirmations and offline use

An owner confirmation records the version explicitly accepted by the link holder. It does not independently verify identity or guarantee accuracy. A sitter review records acknowledgment of that version. Offline records may be older than the latest server version; check the displayed confirmation and last-sync times.

Scope of the service

Staynote does not provide veterinary advice, emergency response, pet-sitting services, or a guarantee of care outcomes. The beta may contain errors or be temporarily unavailable. Keep another way to reach owners and obtain urgent instructions.

Membership

New hosted workspaces receive a 14-day trial. Where offered in the app, memberships are billed by Apple at the localized price and period shown before purchase. Manage renewal or cancel in Apple subscription settings. The app's preview and local purchase tests are not paid subscriptions. Owners can review their sitter's private links without a paid account.

Data and ending use

Your data is handled as described in the privacy policy. You may export accessible records and delete your account from the app. Records previously shared or stored in another workspace may need a separate request. Account deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription.

iPhone app license

The iPhone app uses Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These service terms describe the hosted care workflow. Rights provided by applicable consumer law are not excluded.
